We strive to make a significant impact through scholarships and programs that benefit students at The Jewish Theological Seminary, Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies, Schechter Institutes, Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano, and the Abraham Joshua Heschel Seminary.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we help committed Jewish students become the rabbis, cantors, educators, synagogue administrators, social workers, scholars, researchers and lay leaders of tomorrow.

When you support Torah Fund, you help educate students in New York, Los Angeles, Israel, Latin America and Europe—and you align with those who value learning, knowledge and providing the future generation with relevant skills to fortify the Jewish people.

TORAH FUND PIN 2024–2025
Am Yisrael Chai is an expression of Jewish solidarity for the Jewish nation and the continuity of the Jewish people. We help ensure the future of worldwide Jewish communities through our support of the five  Conservative/Masorti institutions of higher education. While any and all donations are appreciated, the Torah Fund pin is gifted with a donation of $180 or above.

Visit https://inspired.jtsa.edu/torahfund and you will be directed how to donate.  Be sure to fill in B’nai Israel Sisterhood so we receive credit towards our annual commitment. To assist in our Torah Fund donation bookkeeping, please send Sue Taffet an email if you have made an online donation. 

If you must send a check, checks should be made payable to Torah Fund (NOT B’nai Israel or Sisterhood) and mailed to: Sue Taffet, 14402 Nadine Drive, Rockville, MD 20853.
 
TORAH FUND CARDS 
We have beautiful Torah Fund cards appropriate for all occasions.  They are just $5 each. Email or call us, and we can send them out for you. Electronic cards are also available on the Torah Fund (jtsa.edu.org) website. For Information contact Sue Taffet (suetaffet@aol.com, 301-460-5403).
