Collection of Information
When you request information on www.bnaiisraelcong.org, you share your first name, last name, mailing address and e-mail address with us. This information is required to register for courses and/or programs, or make a contribution. When transacting a sale, we will also require your credit card number. At certain times, we may collect demographic information via website surveys. This information helps us better understand our website visitors and is completely optional.
Email Addresses
When you provide your email address to B’nai Israel Congregation, we will periodically contact you through email, providing you information about activities, upcoming concerts, special programs, educational opportunities, etc.
Financial Information
B’nai Israel Congregation will protect any financial information you provide to us. If you choose to make a contribution or register for a program online, your credit card number will only be used for processing your request. Your transaction information will be stored on our secure servers, but this information is never shared with third parties. We restrict access to customer financial information for use by authorized B’nai Israel Congregation employees only.

Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are given at the discretion of the administration and/or Executive Committee of B’nai Israel Congregation. Should you have a question about a refund, please contact the congregation offices at 301-881-6550.
Should B’nai Israel Congregation cancel an event or class due to weather or low attendance your money will be refunded in full.
There is no refund given for donations to B’nai Israel Congregation.
B’nai Israel Congregation may change this policy from time to time in its discretion. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
