The Galilee Culinary Institute with Nathan Hoffman

Sunday, April 25, 2021 13 Iyyar 5781

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

The Men’s Club and Sisterhood welcomes Nathan Hoffman, CEO of the Galilee Culinary Institute. Nathan will explain how they are trying to turn this region into the Food Capital of Israel.

Nathan started his Jewish National Fund (JNF) journey by helping to launch the Arizona JNFuture group. He made Aliyah with Nefesh B’nefesh, another JNF Affiliate, in August of 2017, and settled with his wife in Tzfat in northern Israel. He founded several startups including a firm focused on personal growth, which he sold successfully. Before that, he was a strategic finance leader at several companies, overseeing operations all over the world. Nathan has over 18 years of experience leading business operations for both startups and established organizations.

The Galilee Culinary Institute by the Jewish National Fund is a one-of-a-kind culinary institution that combines culinary and restaurant expertise, tourism and entrepreneurship. Based in the heart of Israel’s Galilee, a mountainous region and micro-climate where fertile lands, mountains, and rivers create an unparalleled location for a thriving agricultural region, GCI is a total-immersion culinary institution.

This program is made possible thanks to the facilitation by Adam Tennen, the co-executive director of the Mid-Atlantic Office of the Jewish National Fund.
