6:30 PM - 8:00 PM6:30 PM Light Dinner
7:00 PM Workshop
In the immediate aftermath of the death of someone important it can feel like our world has come to a screeching halt. And yet, the world around us continues. As we learn to exist in this world without our loved one physically present, we are also faced with navigating significant life events without our person. In this workshop, we will learn how to navigate life’s joyful moments and significant life transitions while grieving. We will consider the use of compassion when considering if and how to incorporate our loved ones into these life markers and strategies to hold both the pain and the joy that often accompanies significant life events.
