Begin your celebration of Rosh Hashanah and the new year with our congregational shlicha, Uriel Lin. Uriel will talk about honey, the beehive society, and her own family’s bee farm. Take a closer look at how honey is harvested and learn how the flowers surrounding the hives affect the taste, texture, and color of the honey. The program includes an Israeli honey tasting experience.
