B’nai Israel’s Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Build Team
Monday, January 20, 2025 • 20 Tevet 5785
10:00 AM - 3:00 PMJoin us for a day of service!
B’nai Israel is putting together a Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Build Team to be part of the Bender JCC’s MLK Day of Service and Solidarity on January 20. For this special project, The Bender JCC and Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland are leading an interfaith community-wide playhouse build.
Ten volunteer teams (up to 8 people per team) representing diverse faith communities from around the area will come together to construct playhouses, which will be placed in the yards of Habitat for Humanity homeowners. These playhouses will provide a safe and joyful space for children to play and grow. This event is suitable for ages 10+.
