B’nai Israel’s Gold Kippah Honor Society recognizes students for their proficiency in various prayers.
New this year: Older students will be matched with a younger “buddy” to mentor. The goal of Shabbuddies is to build stronger tefillah skills while fostering friendships across grades and promote a more integrated community.

Shabbat Bucks
New this year, children will also earn "Shabbat Bucks" for attending Gold Kippah and Family Minyan, and will be able to exchange them for fun prizes on Birthday Shabbatot.
They will select prizes based on the number of Shabbat Bucks they have collected.
Prizes will include: squishmallows, airpods cases, LED string lights, Gift Cards to places like Baskin Robbins, Dave & Buster's, Starbucks, and Five Below.
