7:30 PM - 8:30 PMhttps://zoom.us/j/98166180866We will dedicate Jerusalem Day (Yom Yerushalayim) to discuss the fascinating journey of Jerusalem from its sanctification to the Jewish people and its later relationships with Christianity and Islam to becoming the capital of Israel.
We will tie together the texts, landscapes, geography, history, and demography to tell the fantastic story of the world's most famous city of all times, and look at the contemporary balance of sanctity and nationality.
Our guest speaker is Omer Bab, a historical geographer and Middle East expert. Omer served in research positions in the Israeli government and taught in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
