Conscious Connections Contemplative Shabbat
10:00–11:30 AM
Experience a different approach to Shabbat morning prayers. Led by Rabbi Cheryl Stone, we will explore an intentional path to enhance your prayer service with a mixture of song, meditation, and discussion. Mindfulness Meditation helps us to connect to our Jewish values, creating greater perception in our minds for a connection to the Divine. Adults of all ages are welcome.
