Yom HaShoah Candle Packing Event
Sunday, Apr 6th 10:00a to 12:00pLend a hand to pack candles that are mailed to all B’nai Israel community members. The yellow candle reminds us of the yellow star that Jews were forced to wear, identifying them as Jews and opening them to ridicule and persecution. We light the candle on Yom HaShoah remember the six million who perished, and to remind us all to always stand up in the face of persecution and antisemitism.
